The National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established by the Australian Government under the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation Act 2023(Opens in a new tab/window) (NRFC Act). The object of the NRFC Act is to facilitate increased flows of finance into priority areas of the Australian economy.

The NRFC is governed by an independent board appointed by the Minister for Industry and Science and the Minister for Finance.
